Why choose the apprenticeships route?

Apprentices – an apprenticeship offers the flexibility of learning while working, giving you the advantage of experiencing a work environment, and developing mentor relationships within the workplace to ensure you take on the skills that aren’t captured in textbooks. On top of this, you also get paid!

Employers – The apprenticeship route is designed to help your employees develop the work side of their skills and the knowledge side of their skill at the same time. This offers you a much more rounded employee that can make your organisation more effective. It is also an excellent way to invest in your employees, developing a relationship which will help you with long term staff retention.

Parents & Guardians – This can be an extremely difficult part of a young person’s development, and ensuring that they not only find the right route to employment but that it is a supported, structured development path is just as essential
